The hinged lid is fastened with the integrated permanent peel-&-seal strip, cutting out time taken to cut and apply adhesive tape. This streamlines cost in addition to keeping a packing space tidy and free from unnecessary stationery. To enhance end-user satisfaction, an open tear strip is included to easily open the package without difficulty. The cardboard itself is comprised of heavy duty single wall 150k e-flute, which provides excellent protection in transit. The box is lightweight thanks to the single layer construction, keeping postage costs and carbon footprint to a minimum.

Are crash lock ecom boxes eco-friendly?

Our quality cardboard boxes are environmentally friendly thanks to the following factors:  the card is sustainably sourced from renewable resources and can be recycled after use. The crash lock design enables easy compression into a flat configuration to fit compactly into home recycling bin.

Can we integrate this into our packaging system?

We’d recommend kraft paper or bubble wrap cushioning to accompany these e-commerce boxes, keeping all items stable when packing. Alternatively, tissue paper or shredded paper can be used to maintain high quality, premium feel.
